How Does the Money Back Guarantee Work?

You have 30 days to cancel your subscription with out being charged.  If you do not cancel your subscription before 30 days your credit card on file will be charged on the 31st day.

Log into your account and go to the user information in the right corner.  All the information to update is located in this section.

What if I experience technical difficulties while viewing my courses?

Technical difficulties could be due a various number of reasons.  Please check your internet connection, that your webrowser is up to date and try refreshing the page.  If none of those solutions work contact our support department at webmaster@jewerlycadtraining.com for additional support.

What if I forgot my password?

There is a password reset button on the login page to reset your password if you forget it.

Do you offer educational discounts for students or educators?

Right now we will offer discounts on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@jewelrycadtraining.com to see if you would qualify for a discount.
